**1. Account grouping**
How many accounts per IP? Strict 1:1 or shared groups?
**2. IP source per group**
- HTTP/SOCKS proxy
- Mobile data modem
- Office VLAN / dedicated line
**3. Concurrent connections**
Count active groups + 20% headroom for router SKU discussion.
**4. Platform mix**
TikTok, e-commerce apps, messengers — note per group if policies differ.
**5. OTG topology**
Will Android nodes use OTG Ethernet offload? (Reduces USB load on large farms.)
**6. Failover**
Backup proxy or SIM for long-running groups?
**7. Geography**
Target regions per group — affects mobile data or proxy vendor choice.
**8. Document for RFQ**
