Export hardware warranty is invoice-based — terms confirmed on proforma, not generic web boilerplate alone.
**Report defects within:**
Contact within stated window after delivery (see Refund Policy) with photos, order number, and slot ID if applicable.
**Manufacturing defects:**
Chassis, PSU, fan tray, hub board — inspection then repair, replacement part, or credit per case.
**Not covered:**
Device end-of-life, improper voltage, physical damage after delivery, or unauthorized modification of wiring.
**RMA logistics:**
Return shipping for warranty claims coordinated case-by-case for overseas buyers — declare forwarder preference early.
**Spares strategy:**
Bulk buyers often add spare fan/PSU/cable lines on first order to avoid air freight on single-part RMA.
